SHIPPING POLICY

Same Day Shipping
We stock items we sell except when it is custom made items. So in most majority of cases, we ship orders the same day. In rare cases, the order gets shipped the next business day. Once we receive your order we will give it the utmost priority and get it out for you as quickly as we can.


Shipping Rates
Rates can vary depending on the item and weight of the total order. All fragrances ship free unless purchased with a non fragrance item. Shipping minimum rates for all non fragrance items are around 3.99. Rates are subject to change as national postage prices vary. If you believe the rate quote is incorrect, please contact us for further assistance. 


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. We understand though that in some cases you want to return the item for a refund, Here is our return policy.

  • No restocking fee for a returned item.
  • If you return items purchased with the FREE Shipping offer, then you may be charged a shipping & Handling fee of $4.99 if you need a return label.
  • The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.
  • Items customized as per your request cannot be returned.
  • Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered, and should be returned with all original packaging.
  • All tags and inserts found on some of our items have to be intact.
  • Misuse of our return policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
  • When sending items back please use delivery confirmation for your return package.
  • Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable.
  • International purchases are non returnable.
  • Returns may take up 10 business days for processing. We request your patience.
  • We ask that you could please indicate the reason for the refund for your return on the packing slip.
  • In case we shipped you a wrong or defective item we will process a full refund.
